This website provides information about Force Sports Academy coaching programs and American Heart Association BLS, CPR, AED, and First Aid training. You may use the site to submit inquiries and request information. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Inquiries and Adult Authority

All inquiries must be submitted by an adult — a parent, legal guardian, athlete 18 or older, coach, or authorized organization representative. If a participant is under 18, registration and communication must be handled through a parent, legal guardian, or authorized organization representative. You confirm that you have the authority to submit the inquiry on behalf of any athlete or participant referenced.

SMS Program Terms

By checking the optional SMS consent box on any inquiry form, you voluntarily enroll in the Force Sports Academy SMS text message program. The following terms apply:

• • Voluntary enrollment: SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to submit a form or purchase any service.
• • Use: Messages are limited to customer-care and account-notification purposes, including inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and service or account updates.
• • Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and scheduling needs.
• • Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
• • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
• • No purchase required: Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• • Carrier delivery limitations: Force Sports Academy is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.
• • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to provide the mobile number. Youth-related messages must go to a parent, legal guardian, authorized coach, or authorized organization representative.

AHA Training Disclaimer

American Heart Association BLS, CPR, AED, and First Aid instruction is provided by an AHA-aligned instructor through In-Pulse CPR, Inc. In-Pulse CPR, Inc. is the instructor's approved AHA Training Center.

Force Sports Academy and Force Safety Training are not independently AHA Training Centers. The American Heart Association does not own, operate, or directly endorse Force Sports Academy.

Students who successfully complete all applicable course requirements receive the appropriate official American Heart Association course-completion eCard through the AHA eCard system. eCards are valid for two years. Course-completion eCards are not professional licenses. Force Sports Academy does not guarantee that any course satisfies every employer, school, licensing, or regulatory requirement. Always confirm the exact course required by your employer, school, licensing program, or governing organization before registering.

Coaching Disclaimer

Force Sports Academy focuses on athletic development, technical skills, sports intelligence, and mental performance. We do not guarantee scholarships, roster positions, starting roles, scoring increases, or specific performance results. Mental Game coaching focuses on athletic performance and preparation. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care. We do not diagnose conditions or make medical or mental-health claims.

Limitation of Liability

Force Sports Academy provides this website and its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on information provided. You are responsible for verifying any course requirements with your employer, school, or licensing program.

Changes to These Terms
